Dear Wedgeworth Families,

Welcome to Wedgeworth Elementary School, home of the Warriors!  It is truly my pleasure to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to you as we begin the 2024-2025 year at Wedgeworth! 

We are excited to share all the wonderful things happening at our school and encourage you to explore our website to learn more about us.

Wedgeworth Elementary School has a strong history of academic success.  We provide strong, rigorous K-5 curriculum programs focused on infusing global competence skills with a strong emphasis on technology literacy and project/problem-based and service-learning.  In addition to world language classes, Wedgeworth provides Computer Science Program offering coding and robotics to our students.  Currently, we have a 1:1 laptop to provide technology/media classrooms where students learn to conduct research and develop projects.

This year's thematic vision is as follows: Transform Teaching and Learning Through Empowering Minds and Engagement Using Innovation, Critical Thinking, and Technology. We want our students to take-risks, explore new ideas, think critically to problem solve, and become resilient.

Here at Wedgeworth, student success is the goal of every staff member.  We believe with our structure and dedication to high-quality, research-based best practices, our students will learn to develop and acquire the global competencies and 21st-century skills to thrive and excel internationally.
